Is there an minimal dollar amount for
International orders?
All international orders must be a minimal of $250.00 to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: For items that are not
instock, please allow us 2-5 weeks to send your order intact. For special
events or timely concerns, please identify your inhand date so we can work with
you to make sure your deadlines are met.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped you will be notified by email with a FedEx
tracking number. You may then visit the FedEx website to get detailed updates
on the status of your package.

- Please note some orders with multiple products may be shipped separately.
How do I view my order history?
Customers may view the status or history of their orders at anytime by
logging into our website here. Upon successful login, customers should then go
to "My Account" to view their recent history.
How do I change my personal information?
Customers may view or edit their personal information, email, shipping
address, or billing address at anytime by logging into our website here. Upon
successful login, customers should then go to "My Account", then into
Update Address.
How do I change my password?
Customers may change their password at anytime by logging into our
website here.
Upon successful login, customers should then go to "My Account", then
into Update Address. Customers are required to enter their old password first.
If you cannot remember your password please contact us immediately and we can
change it for you.
When
does my credit card get charged?
Credit card payments are processed immediately upon checkout by our secure
shopping cart.
Due to PCI Compliance, to ensure the security of your banking information we are unable to hold your CC info on file and charge it once the items have shipped. In the case that an item you have paid for is no longer available, a refund will be debited to your account within 2-4 weeks.
When will my personalized items ship?
All personalized items take 3-4 weeks for production, which may also
delay the shipping of non-personalized items on the same order.
When
will my order ship?
Ideas Unlimited makes every effort to ship out items as quickly as
possible. In some cases items ordered may be out-of-stock, in high-demand, or
back ordered with our suppliers and may take 2-4 weeks to ship.
When
I try to log in I get sent back to the login page. How do I fix this?
This mean the security settings on your web browser are set too high.
For most web browsers simply go to your Internet Options and set your Privacy
settings to Medium, or any setting which does not explicitly block cookies.
Why
was I charged a foreign exchange fee?
Some banks may charge customers of Ideas Unlimited Promotions foreign
exchange fees. Ideas Unlimited Promotions is not responsible for such bank
fees, nor does Ideas Unlimited benefit from such fees.
What
if the product I order is out-of-stock?
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be
times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay
fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have
ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
How
do I return items?
We will gladly accept the return of unused products that are defective
due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of
purchase, with the following conditions. By law, we are not allowed to accept
items that have been previously worn. Shipping and Handling charges will not be
credited for returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15%
handling fee. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us
at [email protected] or fill out a contact form, and we will send you
instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Fulfillment mistakes that we make
resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for
return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Which products are the Free Gifts options based online?
Free Gifts are based on online products at regular prices shown. Any special prices, deals of the day or clearance items are not applicable for the free gifts.
How can I used online Specials?
In case of muliple specials, only one special can be used per order.

With any issues that may occur with orders, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the order.
