How do I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped you will be notified by email with a FedEx tracking number. You may then visit the FedEx website to get detailed updates on the status of your package.

I received a shipment but some items are missing.

Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2-3 weeks of payment.

When will my personalized items ship?

All personalized items take 3-4 weeks for production, which may also delay the shipping of non-personalized items on the same order.

What if the product I order is out-of-stock?

If the item you ordered is not available we will contact you with substitution options or backorder timelines.

How do I return items?

All products are made-to-order and therefore are non returnable. However we will accept defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for further instruction and include your order number and a photo of the issue.

What if the apparel I ordered doesn’t fit?

All of our apparel is made-to-order specifically for your purchase, therefore no echahnges or refunds can be made due to sizing. Please see the Size Chart provided on each apparel item to ensure you order the correct size.

How many coupon codes can I stack on my order?

Only one coupon code can be applied at a time.

Why has pricing changed from my last visit to the website?

From time to time, we may experience glitches in our software that amay result in variances in description and prices. When this occurs we will update you as soon as the information becomes available.
